If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

At this time, SolSearch the Label offers exchanges only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SolSearch the Label is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
