Thank you for shopping with SolSearch the Label. We are a small, independent brand and appreciate your support as we grow.


PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sol Search the Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, SolSearch the Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

We recommend selecting secure delivery locations when possible.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SolSearch the Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please email solsearchswim@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
